Let's change our world together

The Food Insecurity Public Policy (FIPP) Committee is a dedicated group made up of people of faith that convenes virtually once a month to address the critical issue of food insecurity in our state and localities. Our committee’s primary focus is to engage in thoughtful discussions about food insecurity public policies and provide valuable advice for the development of future bills.

The FIPP Committee recognizes the urgent need to address food insecurity, a complex issue affecting individuals and communities across Texas. By gathering experts and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, our committee aims to collaborate on solutions that promote equitable access to nutritious food, alleviate hunger, and improve food security.
