Shariq is pursuing his Master’s in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution with a focus on peacebuilding from Columbia University. His passion is finding intersections between communities for collaboration and mutual growth. He loves to connect with people over chai or burgers.
Shariq Abdul Ghani
Noor is a Baylor University graduate who majored in Anthropology and minored in International and Civic Interfaith Studies. Her passion for policy and law began in high school and has persisted. She loves all things academic and can be found enjoying an episode of any reality T.V. show or spending lots of time with her cat.
Abigail is a Master of Social Work student attending the University of Pennsylvania. She hopes to specialize in adverse childhood experiences and continue working to promote whole-child wellness. Abigail loves to bake, do yoga, and go to the beach in her free time.
Kinza has been on a journey of self-discovery and found her home at Minaret Foundation in helping others and bringing the community together. Kinza is a California native, so her passions include traveling, hiking, and catching sunsets as a muse.
Kait’s passion is pairing her creative and technical skills with helping others and effecting change. She finds purpose in serving others, especially by hosting others in her home for “tell me your life story” coffee dates. Kait is a Star Wars nerd, a rescuer of old, disabled dogs, and a part-time stylist.
Kashif is a current Masters in Public Policy student at the University of Houston and is pursuing his Ph.D. next semester. His research interests are in Political Economy and Social Policy. Kashif likes to work out and spend time with his cat.”
Julian is a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign senior with a passion for politics, travel, and a desire to make positive change in our country.
He plans on pursuing graduate studies in Public Policy after completing undergrad.
Zoe will graduate from Seton Hall University in the spring of 2023 with a B.S. in International Relations and Diplomacy. As a student and individual, she is passionate about intercultural collaboration, language learning, and meaningful policy planning.
